HHO CARB generates enough hydrogen to make the in-depth cleaning of engines up to 3.500 cc, clean a different engine´s part (Combustion chamber, lambda probe, valves, ERG, FAP, injector base, exhaust system …) preventing costly failures and is the ONLY DISCHARGE APPROVED FOR THE REDUCTION OF CONTAMINANT GASES (CO2,Nox…) AT LEVELS ALLOWED IN MOT REVIEW.


In the European Union 29 million vehicles with diesel engines emit more emissions than the authorized limit, the NGO Transport & Environment (T & E) reported Monday.

However, it is only the “visible part of the iceberg”, says T & E, whose aim is “to expose the scandalous number of dirty diesel vehicles on EU roads and the poor regulation of national authorities.”

The report coincides with the first anniversary of the Volkswagen scandal, when the German manufacturer admitted to trucking millions of diesel vehicles to falsify its level of pollutant emissions.

T & E has collected information on 230 car models from public data and the governments of France, UK and Italy.

According to the NGO, four out of five vehicles with Euro 5 pollutant standards – sold between 2010 and 2014 – generate nitrogen oxide emissions three times higher than the standard.

And at least two-thirds of Euro 6 standard vehicles, sold since 2015, emit three times more than the legal limit:

These ‘dirty’ vehicles circulate mainly in France (5.5 million), Germany (5.3 million), the United Kingdom (4.3 million) and Italy (3.1 million).

According to T&E (Transport and Environment) nitrogen oxide is considered responsible for the premature death of 72,000 Europeans each year approximately.

Consequences of the carbon deposit (soot) in the engines:

Vehicles that consist of diesel engines have less efficient combustion, taking advantage of only 25% of each liter of fuel and wasting the remaining 75% in the form of heat, carbon deposits and CO2 and Nox polluting gases. These internal carbon deposits that are generated will end up affecting the consumption, will cause loss of efficiency and performance of the engine, in addition to shortening its useful life.
In addition, over the years this accumulated dirt causes an increase in pollutant emissions, producing large peaks in pollution levels mainly in large cities.
Due to this our vehicle will start to lose performance mainly by two factors. The first one will vary depending on the wear of the parts and materials of our vehicle by the use and the second will be due to the accumulation of this coal derived from this less efficient combustion.

The generated waste accumulates, little by little throughout the engine circuit, first in the parts most in contact with the area where the fuel is burned (combustion chamber of each independent cylinder) and later in the outermost areas.

They are deposited by all the elements that make up from the admission to the own exhaust system, (elbows, valves, EGR, FAP, turbo, injectors, catalyst, …) generating an obstruction of the ducts that causes the progressive loss of performance of Your vehicle and long lost power, increased consumption or costly breakdowns.

The charcoal is rapidly accumulating in the engine and in the parts involved in the combustion and exhaust process, creating obstructions and very often costly breakdowns.

In the combustion chamber of our engine burns the fuel and generates the power that will allow us to move.

But it is also the highest point of generation of solid waste resulting from combustion.

In the areas where these processes take place (admission, combustion / explosion and exhaust) the accumulation of carbon directly affects the efficiency of the vehicle and in the long run could generate problems to pass the MOT review.

First steps:

Now we are going to explain what steps we need to follow when getting our decarbonizer to start it up and how to use it professionaly and correctly .

The customer will receive separately the body of our equipment HHO CARB, the additive and the hose or conduit of hydrogen.

You only have to unscrew the top cap of the equipment housing and pour the additive very carefully inside, ensuring that the levels do not exceed the marked maximum on the front.

After filling, proceed to place the hose or hydrogen duct in the corresponding area, tightening the nut the self-locking nut placed on the top.

After these steps we can now plug the machine into the mains and start using it without any problem.

How HHO CARB works:

The high calorific power of hydrogen, which is much higher than that of gasoline, allows the combustion temperature to be raised quickly in order to create a controlled pyrolysis that allows the combustion deposits to be removed, burned, disintegrated and eliminated. Process can range from 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the type and state of the motor.

To start cleaning our engine and to perform our first decarbonization, first, and once we have followed the previous steps to start it, we will place the hydrogen conduit in the vehicle’s intake (after the air filter or the flowmeter in If it had and before the turbo or combustion chamber), then proceed to start the vehicle, then our decarboniser and during the cleaning would require accelerations of about 5-10 sec sporadically to increase the decarbonizing efficiency and expel the Waste (coal) that could be accumulating and that at idle the vehicle was not able to expel.
