WHAT ARE THE CARBON DEPOSITS OR SOOT?
Only 25% of each liter of fuel used by our vehicle is used to generate the combustion of our engine, the remaining 75% is depleted generating mainly heat, solid waste (charcoal) and highly polluting gas residues type CO, Nox… without any advantages.
The charcoal is rapidly accumulating both in the engine and in all the parts involved in the combustion and exhaust process, creating obstructions, faults difficult to detect and very often costly faults.
WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF THE CARBON DEPOSITS OR SOOT?
The main symptoms of char in the engine are:
BLACK SMOKE: The black smoke produced by some vehicles is due to an excessive proportion of fuel (either gasoline or diesel) that is not burned due to lack of oxygen. This is mainly due to the clogs generated by the char in the intake ducts and exhaust systems.
CONSUMPTION INCREASE: The increase in consumption is mainly due to a malfunction of the valves, not closing at all and thus generating an incomplete combustion due to the reduction of the air intake. It is also aggravated by the amount of carbon particles that obstruct the FAP or particulate filter.
LACK OF POWER: The charcoal clogs the inside of the engine and its intake ducts causing errors in the gas supply regulation and clogging the valve seats and EGR causing depression in the manifold, blockage in the particle filter (FAP) and The deterioration of the exhaust system increasing emissions.
This causes errors in the electronics and improper operation of the motor resulting in a lack of power or even serious malfunctions.
CAN YOU NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE ENGINE?
The only function of the gas is to enrich the mixture and increase the calorific value of the combustion eliminating accumulated waste and charcoal, therefore DO NOT generate any type of inconvenience in the engine or its parts, more, it improves its Increasing its service life and performance.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The gas generated by our machine is introduced by the intake, starting to be effective when mixed with the fuel in the combustion chamber. Inside the combustion chamber our gas will raise the temperature by concentrating the heat inwards (making an effect similar to the pyrolysis of a furnace), which will cause the waste in the chamber to burn, including valves, nozzles, spark plugs, Piston head … without heating by the effect of gas the metals of the parts assembled in the engine. Afterwards all the heat generated, starts to form exhaust gases that will decarbonize by the effect of the temperature and the resulting carbon, the passages through which they go, EGR, admission, turbo, FAP, catalyst …
